Together with my partner-in-the-kitchen Hanna Briffa, Sobremesa brought a unique dining/social experience to the island. The club began by invitation only, with the intention of curating an ambience and conversation that was both harmonious and unexpected.
The concept was to shine light on local, seasonal cuisine in a social and comfortable setting. To bring people together, and to provoke new connections and friendships around the dinner table.
